Returns and Refunds

Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with and enjoy the product you have purchased.

However, if you receive product which is defective, damaged or incorrect, you can return the product within 30 days of your purchase, for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To complete your return we require proof of purchase.

Please contact us via email prior to returning the item, so we can issue a Return Authorisation number.

Please allow approximately two weeks from the day you return your package for us to assess and process your return.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed using the original payment type. Credit card refunds will be processed against the original card used to make the purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Exchanges are only made if an item has been inspected and found to be defective or damaged.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If approved, we will advise shipping details for the replacement item.

Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.

Returns by Post/Courier

Please specify the reason for return and ensure that your return parcel is securely packaged and that both the sender’s address and the Loop Leather Co address are clearly visible on the outside of the parcel.

Loop Leather Co is not liable for any loss of a returned item that is in transit to our warehouse.

To avoid delivery issues, we suggest using a trackable shipping service.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs to return items, and if the returned item is accepted, the reasonable cost of returning the item will be refunded.

Exchanging for a different size

We offer exchanges if you have ordered the incorrect size.  The procedures and conditions outlined in our Returns Policy apply, except the customer returns the item/s at his/her expense.

Note:  “FINAL SALE’ items cannot be exchanged for “Change of Mind  (this includes ordering the incorrect size).
